ADER Pro-Grade Kettlebell Quick Review

ADER Pro-Grade Kettlebell Quick Review

The ADER Pro-Grade kettlebell is built from solid steel, not the more common cast iron. Its 24 kg / 53 lb weight is laser-engraved on the shell, so even if the green paint chips you’ll always know what you’re grabbing.
Every dimension follows competition standards: 33 mm handle diameter, 123 mm handle gap, 208 mm overall width and 282 mm height. A machine-flat bottom keeps it stable on the floor, and the smooth steel handle feels secure whether you lift with chalk or without.
In use, the bell swings and flips like a true competition piece. The handle’s smooth finish locks in well, though in humid climates a little chalk helps. Chalk-free, you still get a firm grip thanks to the steel’s natural texture.
Price is the only real hurdle: at around $109 it costs more than many 24 kg cast-iron bells. If you train for sport or want gear that lasts a lifetime, the premium is justified. For casual garage-gym sessions, cheaper alternatives will do the job—but they won’t feel, or last, like this one.
